REFUND POLICY:

We are confident that you will be happy and love your ChokerTales™  purchase. Due to the personalized nature of the product, Refunds are not provided, However, we can surely help with your issues. 

Upon placing the order for personalized product, Our Manufacturing process starts in the following hour to adhere and meet the processing & Delivery timelines. The refund is unfortunately not possible under any circumstances for the personalized orders.

This Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms a part of the Terms & Conditions governing all purchases made from Chokertales™  (“We”, “Our”, “Us”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

1. Reporting of Issues

1.1 Any issues, defects, or damages related to the product must be reported to hello@chokertales.com within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the date and time of delivery as reflected in the courier tracking system.
1.2 Reports made beyond this timeframe shall not be eligible for replacement, refund, or any other form of compensation.

2. Proof & Evidence Requirements

2.1 A clear and complete unboxing video of the package from the moment it is received (showing all sides of the parcel before opening) is mandatory for any claim to be considered.
2.2 Failure to provide such video evidence will result in the claim being rejected, and no replacement or refund will be processed.

3. Privacy & Third-Party Handling

3.1 Photos uploaded to Chokertales™  are stored securely, and customer privacy is respected.
3.2 Once the product is shipped, Chokertales™  has no control over the handling, storage, or privacy measures of third-party logistics providers.
3.3 Chokertales™  shall not be held liable for any delays, mishandling, or privacy breaches caused by such third parties.

4. Lost, Mis-delivered, or Undelivered Shipments

4.1 In the event that a shipment is lost, misplaced, or undelivered due to courier or logistics company error, Chokertales™ ’ liability shall be strictly limited to reshipping the same product to the customer at no additional cost.
4.2 No monetary refunds shall be issued under such circumstances, as each product is personalized and produced specifically for the customer.
4.3 The replacement will be dispatched only after official confirmation from the logistics partner regarding the loss.

5. No Refund Policy for Personalized Products

5.1 All products sold by Chokertales are customised and made to order, based on customer specifications.
5.2 Due to the personalized nature of these products, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
5.3 Replacement will be provided only in cases of manufacturing defects or confirmed loss in transit, subject to this Policy’s requirements.

6. Acceptance of Terms

6.1 By placing an order on Chokertales™ , you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns & Refund Policy.
6.2 This Policy overrides any contradictory statements made by customer service agents, advertisements, or third-party sellers unless expressly confirmed in writing by Chokertales™ .

Received a wrong product? Do this👇:

1. If you receive the wrong product from what you have ordered then ChokerTales™  will bear the shipping cost. The customer will not be charged for shipping and replacement. The customer will have to send the photos and video of opening the package for verification. If a customer fails to share the photos or any malpractice is shown then a refund or replacement request will not be considered.

2. Upon verifying and getting approval, The customer will be refunded in-store credits or a personalized coupon code. Do note, direct refunds won't be provided for any personalized orders to any payment methods.

3. If customer receives correct product that they ordered and they want to return it then personalised products won't be returned as once made they can not be sold to anyone, Due to personalised nature of the product.

4. Personalised orders once placed can't be canceled as they are pushed for processing immediately to meet the deliverables timeline.

Return Exclusions:

We will NOT authorize or accept returns for the following items:

  • Personalized: Any piece that includes initials or numbers, Photos, or Engraving (single or multiple);
  • Customizations/alterations: Custom sizes, lengths, colors, and styles that are not offered on our site.

NOTE

  1. If a customer placed a COD order and failed to collect the package then the support team will reach out to you to check what went wrong and we can re-ship in case there are issues with the delivery. Re-shipping charges of Rs 140 will be required.
  2. But If a COD customer refuses to collect the package then the same product will be used in our Social Media Campaigns to recover the cost of Production, Personalization, Packaging, Shipping, and Return courier charges.
  3. Personalized products are unique and they are specially made for you using your uploaded photo & once returned they can't be put back on the shelf or sold to anyone.
  4. Please make sure, If you place the COD order then do collect it as a lot of effort goes into making this unique Jewelry.
