SHIPPING TIME:

Processing and Production takes 1-2 Days (Excluding Sunday) and Post shipping Delivery takes 4-7 Business Days estimated based on your shared address.
- Delivery in remote locations like Tehsil, Taluka's and Villages may take 7-9 days for delivery.
- Delays due to operational issues at courier's end like missed flights, manpower issues, is out of our control.
ORDER PROCESSING:
We at ChokerTales try our best to fulfill the orders as soon as they are placed.
Note: As Projection Photo Bracelets, Rings, and Necklaces take time to get ready hence we strive to ship them through faster shipping to the customer, So extra time for shipping is eliminated.
NOTE
- If a customer placed a COD order and failed to collect the package then the support team will reach out to you to check what went wrong and we can re-ship in case there are issues with the delivery. Re-shipping charges of Rs 140 will be required.
- But If a COD customer refuses to collect the package then the same product will be used in our Social Media Campaigns to recover the cost of Production, Personalization, Packaging, Shipping, and Return courier charges.
- Personalized products are unique and they are specially made for you using your uploaded photo & once returned they can't be put back on the shelf or sold to anyone.
- Please make sure, If you place the COD order then do collect it as a lot of effort goes into making this unique Jewelry.
