If you want to change the Color of Bead or Thread the do send us an email within 24 hours of placing the order only, Post that changes won't be possible so to meet the delivery timelines.

1) Post 24 working hours changes of Personalised items like Photo, Color of Bead or Thread is not possible.
2) Partial COD Orders can't be cancelled also due to Personalised Nature of the product. If customers don't want the order at all then Partial COD Charges won't be refunded against the stocking charges.
